Honestly i cannot fault these supplements, i suffer from a range of health issues including chronic pancreatitis without any cause so it's been really distressing. However i used to take these supplements a few years ago and الحمد لله i was in the best of health and energy levels during this. My skin and hair was clearer and my overall blood results were great. For some reason i stopped and decided to use 'Bioniq' micronutrients and honestly they had no effect at all and my health took a U-turn again until i remembered i used to take these supplements and started again.
