I’d msgd a week ago saying I was having trouble sleeping due to restless legs and pregnancy and was advised on what supplements to get which I did immediately.anyway I’ve been taking them for 3 days and to my utter shock and surprise I’ve been sleeping soooo well!I cannot even tell u how grateful I am as I’ve not been able to sleep at all throughout my pregnancy!
